Fluker faces another team that passed on him in NFL Draft

Fluker is completing something of a mini tour of the NFL on Sunday when his San Diego Chargers visit the Kansas City Chiefs in an AFC West rivalry game.

With the trip to Kansas City, Fluker will have played against the three teams that picked offensive tackles before he came off the board with the 11th selection of the 2013 NFL Draft in www.officialhockeyauthentic.com/womens-youth-pascal-dupuis-authentic-jersey-c-1_381_400.html April.

Fluker went to San Diego after playing for Alabama, where he went after his prep career at McGill Toolen and Foley. Before the Chargers picked Fluker and installed him at right offensive tackle, the Kansas City Chiefs chose Central Michigan offensive tackle Eric Fisher with the No. 1 selection, the Jacksonville Jaguars followed by taking Texas A offensive tackle Luke Joeckel with the second pick and the Philadelphia Eagles drafted Oklahoma offensive tackle Lane Johnson at No. 4.

All four tackles became starters out of training camp, but Fisher www.officialhockeyauthentic.com/womens-youth-jaromir-jagr-authentic-jersey-c-1_381_401.html will not play against the Chargers on Sunday. He has an ailing shoulder, one of several injuries he's dealt with as a rookie.

Joeckel started the first four games of the season at right offensive tackle for the Jaguars, then moved to left offensive Jaromir Jagr Jersey tackle for Game 5. He suffered a season ending broken ankle in that game against the St. Louis Rams.

Johnson has played every offensive snap this season at right tackle for the www.officialhockeyauthentic.com/womens-youth-chris-kunitz-authentic-jersey-c-1_381_383.html Eagles.

Fluker, who missed one game with a concussion, otherwise has been on the field for every offensive play for the Chargers. He moved from right offensive tackle to left offensive tackle last game with former Auburn standout King Dunlap sidelined by injury, and Fluker will be there again against Kansas City on Sunday.

San Diego coach Mike McCoy said he wasn't surprised with how well Fluker has adapted to the pro game.

"It doesn't shock me one bit with what he's done," McCoy said. "I say that because of his attitude from the very first day he walked in the building, from the very first time he was on the practice field. The way he approaches work every day, it's the same as when you go on the road somewhere. You'll see him in some back corner of some room with (offensive line coach Joe D'Alessandris) on Saturday night. .

"You're never going to doubt Pascal Dupuis Womens Jersey him. He'll find a way to get it done, and you love that about him."

Fluker hopes to use "The Train" during the game against the Chiefs as he did last week when Ryan Mathews barreled for a 51 yard run. Fluker pulls down an imaginary cord to a train horn like he's a 300 pound engineer and makes the sound for the defense to hear.

"We've got some big running backs in the backfield," Fluker said. "They're coming at Chris Kunitz Jersey you full speed ahead. They've got steam on them, bringing it home for them. Let them boys know."
